Residence Central Marais - Paris

There were bright room for the quality of the apartment waiting for us. Location was absolutely perfect, a few steps away from everything we needed.

We had a fine stay in Paris near the shopping areas and good dining places, restaurants, bulagerie, markets and the center of a very chic area.

Setting very close to the center of a very chic area, an alleyway and cool shops and places to eat. Helpful staff, who is willing to treat patrons in that manner.

Great Location, Terrible Communication Experience

Let me start with the positive aspects. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just minutes away from Hotel DeVille. It was convenient, great to explore the city easily. The apartment itself wasnice and neat, suitable for the four of us. We appreciated having a fully furnished kitchen, even though we didn't use it much since we were in Paris. The presence of a functioning television and a comfortable couch that turned into a bed added to our overall satisfaction. The cleaning service was also excellent, as the apartment was always tidied up when we returned.

The communication with the proprietor left much to be desired.

The beds are comfortable, I really enjoyed them. The location is unbeatable and central. The people working there are flexible and obliging, have a big heart.

staff was courteous and attentive. had early check in. it was in an incredible place. also, we really enjoyed that it was right by paris, le marais and the centre of marais.

It had disgusting bathroom.

The apartment had a fully furnished kitchen, which was convenient for preparing meals. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to popular attractions. the apartment was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff, ensuring a tidy and comfortable space.

The communication with the staff was terrible, leading to misunderstandings and unnecessary stress upon arrival. the proprietor's demand for a "waiting fee" was unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Quite noisy rooms.

We had a lovely stay in Paris so close to many tourist attractions, and the center of a very chic area. Superior facilities, everything we needed was there. Location was marvellous and fantastic - 10 minutes walk from The Centre Pompidou. Also, it was based down an alleyway.

Convenient location near bars, restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Clean and cozy with everything needed. The air conditioner was a relief. The host met us upon arrival, which was appreciated. Loved the district and enjoyed gelato nearby.

The apartment was clean and modern, and it was in a great location between Hotel de Ville and St. Paul's Cathedral. The shower had good pressure and temperature. We also enjoyed the delicious pastries from the bakery across the street. I would recommend this apartment for its convenience and comfort.

This hotel is located in a very central area, down an alleyway, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is close to the metro and there is a small supermarket nearby. The room is comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The staff is helpful and the price is affordable.

Communication with the staff can be spotty and minimal at times.

Located in the delightful Le Marais, steps away from Place des Vosges and museums. Comfortable apartment with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bar/restaurant on-site. Plenty to do and see in the area.

Being treated like a beggar for city tax payment, because that's what being a fancy lady in Paris is all about.

Located in the delightful and central Le Marais arrondissement, just steps away from the beautiful Place des Vosges. Lots of museums, art galleries, incredible food, and the latest in fashion. The apartment features a comforting fireplace.

Oh, well, just a tiny detail, but I had to endure the inconvenience of breathing and existing. So exhausting!

Being just a short walk from the Seine and other major attractions made exploring Paris a breeze. The apartment itself was charming and well-equipped, making it a comfortable space for my family of four. Despite being in the heart of the bustling Marais district, the accommodations were surprisingly quiet and provided a peaceful retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Residence Central Marais and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Paris.
